Happy Halloween! (Pumpkin Seed Recipe)

Happy Pumpkin

So I have carved my oh so happy pumpkin, now what to do with his insides! I usually would just throw them out but this year I said I would put them to better use. Roasted pumpkin seed are really delicious and really good for you( ahem..well not the way i make em).

Step 1.
Separate your pumpkin seeds from the rest of the inside gooiness (dont rinse! want to hold on to the flavour)

Step 2.
Heat oven to a medium heat and grease some grease proof paper with butter ( or oil)

Step 3.
Lay flat all the seeds on the tray and season with lots of salt!! I also used pepper and paprika to make them spicier (chilli powder would probably be better if you have any). Drizzle some olive oil over them

Step 4.
Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes depending of how dry you want them. Let them cool down for a while   and enjoy while watching some amazing Halloween movie! Im off to watch Hocus Pocus!
