Current Nail Edit

So since the summer I have had 3 nail polishes on solid rotation. I don't spend a lot on nail polish as a good top coat can make anything last, Sally Hansen is my go to so here are my top affordable picks.

My first favourite come from every Irish girls go to, Penneys. The P.S. Love collection is seriously good value for money at €1.50 a nail-polish. The formula is thin but after 2- 3 coats and a topcoat the light blue come up perfect. Next up another super affordable one from Penneys (there's a trend developing here), but is also available in select chemists, my favourite nail polish from Essence. This is a true red nail polish and has a great formula, one coat you are good to go! (As I demonstrate in my fancy GIF). The best thing about the Essence polishes is the a flat top brush for perfect application. I really don't understand why all polishes don't have this brush! And finally you would think I am breaking my affordable streak here by including the always overpriced Essie polishes but if I'm honest I got this in a discount bin in France for €3 so still in my budget. The colour doesn't look very exciting in the bottle but it is a go to for me when I don't want a crazy colour but want my nails to look..well polished, ha!

Sorry stepped away from the blog for a while but I promise I have some really exciting news coming up so stayed tuned! The little notebook (from Tiger) in the photos is a subtle hint I think. Also I was planning on taking part on #blogtober but realise today is already the second..woops already failed. Anyone else planning to post everyday in October leave your links below! :)
